Music Composition and Visual Arts Integration
Teaching Experience Grades K-12 and Adult

I believe the creation of, performance of, or listening to music creates a physical and emotional response which everyone is able to translate into a visual image or written word.  I love exploring these responses and fostering deeper experiences for everyone regardless of their current musical knowledge, experience or influence. I have a Bachelor of Arts – Music Theory/Composition Emphasis from St. Cloud State University.

Here are some of the ways I like to explore and nurture creativity:

• Integration of music into the Visual and Literary Arts
• Exploration of music through internal and external expression
• Experiencing the process of: composing, performing, listening to and then responding through visual or literary mediums
