Brief Description:	Millstream Arts Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting local visual and performing arts. The festival is an outdoor, juried art show held on the last Sunday in September on Main Street in St. Joseph, Minnesota. Other events we sponsor are Music on the Lawn, an outdoor summer music series, and the Winter Art Slide.
