Who We Are
The Central Minnesota Arts Board (CMAB) has served Region 7W since 1979 as a non-profit arts organization. It is one of eleven Regional Arts Councils designated by the Minnesota State Legislature. The CMAB serves the four county area of Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, and Wright Counties. As a non-profit organization, the CMAB is governed by a nine member, volunteer board of directors recruited from the four counties it serves. Its purpose is to promote and encourage all of the arts in Central Minnesota. The CMAB does this by funding grant proposals from area arts organizations, educational units, and individuals.
