CMAB/McKnight Artist Roster & Training Program

CMAB Fiscal Year starts July 1, 2011 and ends June 30, 2012

The Teaching Artist Roster Program - Training Pilot is an innovative collaboration between the CMAB, the Paramount Visual Arts Center, and the Perpich Center for Arts Education. The shared vision among all collaborating organizations for this pilot program is that Teaching Artists who successfully complete this training will provide:

• more ways for schools and communities to enhance their arts in education offerings for learners of all ages
• quality arts learning experiences in and through the arts that will deepen student learning
• opportunities for educators and other artists to learn from each other in the classroom about how to teach in and through the arts
• innovative approaches for local governments, schools, and nonprofits to build community through the arts
