The Elk River Area Arts Alliance is a nonprofit organization that works with area businesses, government agencies, local schools, other arts organizations, and individual artists to provide quality arts experiences for area residents.

The Monticello Arts Council supports and encourages the active expression of the arts in our community in the interest of enhancing cultural life for the Monticello area. Through the Monticello Arts Council website visiters can access information about the local camera club.

The mission of Paramount Arts Resource Trust is to maximize the use of and provide fiscally responsible management for the Paramount Theatre and Visual Arts Center, while providing opportunities for artistic production, creative exploration, arts education and the enjoyment of the arts for everyone in Central Minnesota.
The Visual Arts Center is Central Minnesota's number one place to learn, be creative, and develop individual artistic talent with friends and family! We are located in the lower level of the Paramount Arts District Building, just a few short steps down a stairway or a quick ride in the elevator.
We-R-Artists- Networking Group for Artist with Disabilities
To improve the artist's visibility, marketing, sales and other art connections, support as an artist or as a group. Samples of visual artwork, writing, music, etc are shared at monthly meetings, held the 4th Thursday of the month from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Great River Regional Library, (St. Cloud Public Library) 1300 West St. Germain, St. Cloud, MN.
