Illustrator with a focus on birds, Photographer, nature/outdoors

My focus is to raise awareness for habitat conservation and to learn about the different bird species that have the greatest conservation need. I do this by illustrating bird species of special concern using colored ink, marker, and pencil to put special emphasis on the subject. I keep the background muted in gray tones because the cause for population decline isn't alway obvious. I hope to raise awareness for the need of native habitat for the entire health of a community. I believe nature is healing and to ensure we encourage the health of the future we need to make efforts in nurturing nature by protecting native habitats.
